The Creative Studio by Jae Renee Pricing Options:

We are excited that you’ve found interest in our venue and services. We are one of a kind as we provide many options that will make your decision to choose an event venue so much easier.The Creative Studio is located in the heart of Raeford, North Carolina. We rent, design, manage and execute celebrations, meetings, parties, and photoshoots that reflect your vision and leave an unforgettable memory for you and all of your guests.

Whether you’d like to do a wedding reception, charity gala, corporate event, luncheons, fashion show we are here to serve you. The sky is truly the limit here at The Creative Studio by Jae Renee. We hope to see you real soon!

Event Space Venue Rental

($150 reservation deposit required to book, in addition to rental fee)
The reservation fee is non-refundable. This fee holds the date and includes venue setup, use of tables and chairs, deep cleaning and staff.

A $150 reservation fee is due to hold the date. Please note: We will NOT hold or reserve any dates for you without this payment. You are also required to sign the reservation fee agreement. Please also be advised that this payment only holds the date for 48 hours unless otherwise discussed. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
50% of the rental fee is due within 48 business hours of booking. A rental contract will be sent to you after paying your reservation fee.  This must be paid within 48 hours of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without this payment. 
The balance is due at least 30 days prior to the event.
Afterpay is accepted. Please advise us ahead of time if you are planning to use this method of payment.

Pricing is for 36 people. Extra fees per person will be applied if final headcount exceeds 36 persons.

Additional persons are charged per person. Prices vary based on event type and food.

Studio decor items are included in these packages, however specific decor must be requested in advance.

Events taking place outside of the studio are subject to an additional $1000 planning fee and travel accommodations may apply.

SILVER PACKAGE

(3 Hour Rental)

Time slots will be strictly enforced, if your session goes over there will be a $30.00 additional fee for every 20 minutes.
