At The Creative Studio by Jae, we are proud to offer the only Content Studio in Hoke County, North Carolina. Our space is an excellent choice for events such as parties, gatherings, and meetings. Equipped with furniture, Gathering Tables, and various Sound Equipment, our studio allows you to create unique and comfortable settings for your occasions. Its high ceilings provide ample space for overhead lighting, making it perfect for any event. Please note that the exclusivity of the venue is not included and can only be achieved by renting the event space. At The Creative Studio by Jae, we are committed to ensuring your event is a success and offer a professional atmosphere to meet your needs.

Our space is designed for intimate events and will accommodate up to 75 people. However, we do provide event planning, decor and rentable equipment for parties taking place outside of our venue.
Yes, table and chairs are included in the $150 reservation fee.
Yes, the studio is included in rentals except those taking place during the week. The studio can be used for a lounge/food area or a place for photos. You can also use this area for your 360 Photo Booth.
Yes, you may book the venue prior to seeing it. We are happy to schedule a tour or do a virtual tour for your convenience.
When using the event venue, there are additional fees for use of table and chairs, staff and cleanup. This fee is included in your reservation fee and outlined in your rental contract.
If you are interested in adding on additional services like catering, balloon decorations, a cake, etc., consider booking a Premium Package.

A $150 reservation fee is due to hold the date. Please note: We will NOT hold or reserve any dates for you without this payment. You are also required to sign the reservation fee agreement. Please also be advised that this payment only holds the date for 48 hours unless otherwise discussed. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
50% of the rental fee is due within 48 business hours of booking. A rental contract will be sent to you after paying your reservation fee. This must be paid within 48 hours of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without this payment.
The balance is due at least 30 days prior to the event.

- FULL DAY SPACE RENTAL $900

- WEEKDAY SPACE RENTAL (MON - THURS) $60 PER HOUR
Minimum of 3 hours.Use of venue, content studio, chairs, tables and speakers/mic. No reservation fee. Must be paid in full upon booking.
