DESIGN STYLE, CUSTOMIZATION & CREATIVE FREEDOM
The Creative Studio by Jae Renee will follow the agreed-upon theme and style finalized during the consultation phase. By entering into this agreement, the Client acknowledges they are hiring The Creative Studio by Jae Renee based on our proven portfolio, design catalog, and creative expertise. The Designer retains full creative freedom in interpreting and executing the agreed-upon style, including final decisions on layout, color, typography, imagery, and other design elements to ensure a professional, cohesive result.

While reasonable efforts will be made to incorporate the Client’s preferences, The Creative Studio by Jae Renee does not guarantee a specific aesthetic outcome beyond what is reflected in our catalog and agreed-upon scope of work. If all requested items and deliverables outlined in the contract have been provided in accordance with the agreed specifications, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued on the basis of personal taste or subjective dissatisfaction.

Changes requested after final design approval may result in additional fees.

EVENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING  
All retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 90 days of the event date are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations over 90 days from the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid beyond the retainer.
Rescheduled events are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee and must occur within 90 days.

For production services:
Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service time incur a 75% fee of the full-day rate
Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% fee
