Job Overview:  

The Creative Studio by Jae Renee is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Associate who is passionate about both event services and custom creative products. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in sales, who can confidently communicate the unique offerings of our event venue, digital media services, and physical products, including custom printing (shirts, tumblers, and more). The Sales Associate will drive revenue by creating sales campaigns and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Sales & Client Relations

    • Actively promote and sell the full range of services and products, including event venue rentals, digital media solutions, and custom printing items.

    • Understand the details of each service and product to effectively communicate their value to clients.

    • Develop and implement sales campaigns targeting prospective clients to generate leads and convert them into sales.

  • Campaign Creation

    • Design and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies to drive new and repeat business.

    • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align campaigns with company goals and promotional schedules.

  • Customer Engagement

    • Greet and assist clients in-person, by phone, or online, providing high-quality customer service.

    • Address client inquiries, offer product demonstrations, and handle objections to close sales.

    • Maintain a positive and professional image of The Creative Studio by Jae Renee to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.

  • Product Knowledge

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in event services and custom products to inform potential customers.

    • Educate clients on the technical and creative aspects of our offerings, providing accurate and clear information on pricing, quality, and customization options.

Qualifications:  

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within events, digital media, or custom product industries.

  • Skills:

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Ability to create and manage sales campaigns independently.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building client rapport and trust.

    • Proficient in sales software and digital tools; familiarity with Canva, Zoho, or CRM software is a plus.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Business Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, handling client interactions, and keeping the team organized on all projects.

Role Overview:  

The Business Assistant at The Creative Studio by Jae Renee will act as the first and last point of contact for clients and warm leads, functioning like a front office administrator in a doctor’s office. You’ll manage scheduling, ensure efficient communication, and maintain an organized workflow so that Jae, Joe, and the rest of the team can focus on delivering creative solutions.

This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong interpersonal skills to ensure clients feel valued from their initial inquiry through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Client Interaction & Communication: Be the first point of contact for all clients and leads, providing warm, professional interactions. Handle incoming inquiries, and guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all information is collected and documented efficiently.

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate all client appointments, creative reviews, and internal team meetings. Keep track of deadlines and ensure Jae and the team have a clear understanding of their daily and weekly schedules.

  • Project Coordination: Ensure all projects stay on track by coordinating deliverables, timelines, and communication between the client and the creative team. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide them with updates throughout the project lifecycle.

  • End-to-End Client Support: Serve as the client’s primary contact throughout their relationship with the studio. From their first inquiry to project completion, you will ensure they receive consistent communication, schedule updates, and a smooth, organized experience.

  • Zoho Suite & Business Software: Utilize Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and other business management tools to keep track of client information, project statuses, invoicing, and other key business functions. Proactively manage data entry and reporting within the system.

  • Process Management & Improvement: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure efficient client onboarding, scheduling, and project workflows. Continuously look for ways to improve internal processes for better client and employee experiences.

  • Organizational Support: Help Jae and the leadership team stay organized by managing email communications, project notes, and task lists. Ensure that all necessary information is available and easy to access during meetings and project discussions.

  • Client Handoff & Completion: Ensure that after a project is completed, clients receive any necessary follow-up, including final invoicing, feedback requests, or additional services. Be the last point of contact, closing out projects and ensuring a positive lasting impression.Requirements:  

  • Client-Focused: A natural communicator with a warm, professional demeanor who can build relationships with clients, making them feel heard and valued throughout their experience with the studio.

  • Highly Organized: Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for managing multiple schedules, keeping projects on track, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and other project management tools. Must be comfortable using digital platforms to streamline workflows and manage client information.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities. You will be the face and voice of the studio, so excellent interpersonal skills are key.

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle complex project details, keep accurate records, and ensure that everything is completed to a high standard, from scheduling to final project handoffs.

  • Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and independently manage tasks without needing constant oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Prior experience in a creative studio, agency, or similar environment.

  • Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems and business management software.

  • Experience in managing end-to-end client interactions, from initial inquiry to project closure.
